A physician, researcher and strategic advisor, Gerrit combines his consulting experience at Accenture with his work leading commercial operations for teaching and research at Charité. His focus is on advancing healthcare and the organisations behind it.

Marc brings extensive experience in strategic leadership. As a McKinsey partner, he led strategy and transformation programmes in healthcare, before overseeing merger management at an international generics company. He also supports healthcare start-ups as an advisor and investor.

With a background in business law and economics, specialising in finance and international management, Friedrich brings start-up and consulting experience alongside leadership of international technology and management projects. His perspectives span life sciences, healthcare, professional sport, writing and programming.

A psychologist by training, Michelle connects research and consulting in higher education and healthcare. During her doctorate at Charité, she led interdisciplinary research projects. At revFLect, her work covers programme design, university and organisational development, and innovation and health services research.

Trix brings experience in clinical research and immunology, alongside international perspectives from South America and Shanghai. Following her degree in molecular life science and doctorate at University Medical Centre Mainz, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Institut Pasteur of Shanghai.

Nico combines clinical research with management consulting. He focuses on transformation, process analysis and financial planning. Previously, he led a research laboratory at University Medicine Greifswald and published scientific research.

Rebecca combines project management with strategic insight. Her master’s degree in Milan and professional experience in Italy and India shape her international outlook. Founding a healthcare venture and managing complex organisational projects have strengthened her hands-on approach to delivery.
